Client 1: HMRC - United Kingdom Government Agency

As a Project Management Office Analyst I worked with project leads who had anywhere between 2-5 projects running concurrently to help manage the spend, time allocation and monthly reviews. These projects were important technologies being installed and maintained in the government tax service.
- Led meetings with Technical Project Leads and Managers to track spending and time allocation, resulting in an improvement in resource utilization and project efficiency
- Delivered comprehensive progress, milestone, and deliverable reports to stakeholders bi-monthly, enhancing project transparency and reducing project delays
- Set up project codes and conducted monthly reviews of staff to improve financial tracking
- Adhered to budget compliance guidelines by creating project spending reports that became critical to the monitoring of expenses
- Developed and maintained capacity planning reports for 15 projects, optimizing resource allocation and contributing to an increase in on-time project delivery rates
Client 2 :Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority

Majority of the projects were for the back end systems and databases that hold key data and infrastructure for the DVLA.
- Successfully gathered and analyzed business requirements, leading to the design and development of specialized software solutions that improved business processes.
- Created fully functional design prototypes to drive requirement elicitation and analysis, resulting in a reduction in project kick-off times
- Led over 30 workshops, interviews, and meetings to extract requirements from clients, ensuring seamless communication with developers
- Wrote detailed user stories and acceptance criteria on JIRA following agile methodology, increasing sprint efficiency
- Developed comprehensive business process maps using Microsoft Visio, improving process clarity and stakeholder understanding
- Leveraged confluence to create a directory of processes, manuals, user guides, milestones, deliverables, performance metrics, configurations, and project lifecycles, enhancing documentation accessibility

Led a workshop with business stakeholders for the project of providing government grants to electric vehicle owners to set up charging stations in their home. In charge of the product backlog, schedule and acting as project manager.
- Developed comprehensive work/process flow diagrams of how the users would apply for grant
- Designed the looks/ information and workflow of the service
Business Analyst for Converting Gibraltar's databases/back end system
This project allowed my entire team to get recognition in the company for successfully converting the databases and backend systems to comply with EU’s updated laws. Successfully worked with the clients in different time zone.
Client 3: Michael Page - Fortune 500 Hiring Firm
As a business analyst I wrote user stories and acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing for the Salesforce Service Cloud.
Project management tasks included clearing product backlog, liaising with team and meeting deadlines.
All solutions were created on Salesforce Service Cloud – CRM for the recruiters to have their workflow improved.

- Led bimonthly meetings with stakeholders to review and sign off on completed features or identify necessary changes
- Collaborated with senior clients to prioritize the product backlog, successfully implementing high-priority features within set timelines
- Worked closely with Java/Apex developers to translate user needs into technical requirements on the Salesforce platform to boost user satisfaction
- Wrote detailed product specifications, process flows, and configuration documents, improving documentation clarity and accessibility

Salesforce Field Lightning on the Service Cloud was used to create CRM for Aggreko.
- Especially for the field service workers who placed generators and their managers and higher ups to check flows.
