Solution for Scorpio Wellness

Here the user is prompted to talk to the AI Coach who discusses the best plan after collecting information to then recommend a course of meditations daily.

After the session the AI coach proceeds to ask the user how the session went and to further collect more data and give better recommendations and to give encouragement.
Tasks
Task 1: You have just downloaded a wellness application to help you manage stress. You are looking to see if there is anything on it that feels like it will help you. Have a look at the application and try to navigate to the chat bot feature.
Task 2: Are you able to feel you can interact with the chat bot to put details in and navigate to the first wellness feature?
Task 3: How useful was it to talk to the AI during this? Do you think it would help in supporting you?
Participants
- Tests were done in person, 15 minutes, Figma, 3 participants

Originally the AI coach immediately spoke to user had them set up with them. However some people didn’t want to talk to AI immediately and wanted the option to not use it. Therefore I had different initiation.

Users wanted to know why AI was recommending the specific recommendations they wanted to learn more.
Also I changed the way the chat took the entire screen as some felt confused by the word progress at top of it.
